He is survived by: his wife JoAnn R. Zakreski; his children, Salvatore Bartoletti (Rebecca) and Rose Mary Bartoletti-Litwin; and his granddaughter Julia Marie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
