He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Havely and Fanny Havely; and his siblings, Ann, Helen, Mami, Metro and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Nat Havely; his children, Susan Turkos (Tom) and Allan Havely (Traci); and his grandchildren, Stacey Turkos, Davidson Miller, Alison Turkos, Rachel Havely and Lexi Pysher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Adam's memory to any Veterans Organization of the donor's choice.
