He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Oliver Shaver; his children, William Shaver (Lynda) of York, James Shaver (Wendi) of Luzerne, Richard Shaver (Mary Ventura) of Hanover Township and Samantha Shaver (Andrew Meyer) of Pasadena, Maryland; and his siblings, Joseph Shafer of Wapwallopen and Elaine Sasser of Wapwallopen. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters and 3 grandsons.
