With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah M. Jones of Wilkes Barre Township, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Linda Ann Urban Jones of Mountain Top and Patrick J. Jones; her grandparents, Anna Marie Cook Urban and Leonard W. Urban; her sister Megan Marie Jones; her sons, Tyler Jones and Liam Draina; her brother Matthew P. Jones; and her grandparents, Matthew Jones and Dominique Jones.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lehman Family Funeral Service Inc. (689 Hazle St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Lehman Family Funeral Service (689 Hazle St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702).
Memorial contributions, may be made in Sarah's name to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
