He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Polinchak and Irene Cardell Polinchak; and his wife Denise Remakus Polinchak. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Polinchak (Susan), Raymond Polinchak (Carla) and Randy Polinchak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
