He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. McDermott and Margaret McDermott; and his wife Rosemarie P. Bennick McDermott. He is survived by: his pet Gracie; his brothers, James M. McDermott, Thomas M. McDermott (Marilyn) and Plains; his niece Erin Kozich (Dave); and his nephew Kelly McDermott. He is also survived by 4 grand nieces, 2 grand nephews and numerous dear friends.
