She is survived by: her mother Margaret Carl Hoats; her husband Robert Shinal; her son Robert Shinal Jr. (Alexis); her grandchildren, Nevaeh and Mason; her brother Boyd Hoats Dallas (Kristin); and her brother-in-law Jerry Shinal (Anita). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and one great niece.
