He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Jagodzinski Zaborney. He is survived by: his pets, Sammy and Annie; his wife Rosemarie Ondish Jagodzinski; his children, Michelle Rader (Jay), Michael Jagodzinski (Carla) and Dianna Jagodzinski; his grandsons, Matthew Rader, Michael and Justin Jagodzinski; his great grandchildren, Carson and Lucas Jagodzinski; and his brothers, Albert Zaborny (Linda), Wanamie and Joseph Zaborney (Jean). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
