He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph J. "Rudy" Pretak and Mae E. Maiers Pretak. He is survived by: his wife Tracie J. Jones; his daughter Bailey Pretak of Beaver, PA; and his brother John Pretak (Anita) of Wilcox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
