He is survived by: his children, Patrick Mawn (Stacy), Shawn Mawn (Marcy Stalhi), Scott Chamberlin (Glenda), Richard Mawn, Jr., Mary Beth Silk and Breann Santaniello; and his siblings, Michael Mawn (Lori), Nora Moriarty, Linda Malinky (Ed) and Teresa Steudler (Joe). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
