He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Jean Simpson of Virginia; and his grandparents, Clyde Richard and Frances Elizabeth Simpson. He is survived by: his parent Thomas William Booth of Virginia; his wife Pamela Simpson (James McWhorter, III); his children, Jasmine Elizabeth Marie of Hazel Hurst and Jordan Taylor Booth of Wilcox; his stepchildren, Sayge Clouser of Hazel Hurst and Kristalyn Magoon of Wilcox; his stepbrother Michael Barr of Virginia; his half-sister Madison Booth of Virginia; his grandparents, Blaine and Marilyn Booth of Strattanville; and his aunt Deb Rudolph (Rick) of Virginia. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
