She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Peters and Norma Akers Peters; and her brothers, Richard and Darwin Peters. She is survived by: her husband Todd D. Burgeson; her children, Lance Brown (Susan) of Ardmore, OK, Nicole Brown (Jess) of Bradford, Matthew Brown of Bradford, Laura Fiske (Scott) of Edinboro, Robert Burgeson (Andrea) of DuBois and Michael Burgeson (Christin) of Mt. Jewett; and her sister Kelli Bartlein (Ben) of Bradford. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
