She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frank Jakuboski and Stella Louise Piurkoski Jakuboski; her former husband Joseph Andrew Hasney; her siblings, Alex Jakuboski, Edward Jakuboski, Sophia Kreckel, Jennie Posey Collier, Virginia Zimmerman (Honey) and Eileen Rhed; and her grandsons, Joshua and Jason Kraft.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Francis Guffey of Kane, Diana Lind Azzato (Daniel) of Saint Marys and Ann Katherine Kraft (Robert) of Saint Marys; her grandchildren, David Charles Guffey, Jr. of Kane, Douglas Leonard Guffey of Baltimore, MD and Kimberly Ann Kraft of Tarentum; her siblings-in-law, Daniel and Donna Hasney of Wilcox; her nephew David Barber; her niece Valerie Hasney Cook; and her husband Joe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
