He is survived by: his spouse Pamela Malacarne; his children, Crystal, Josh Galsick of Wilcox, Adam L. Szymanski, Jr (Amanda) of State College, Melissa and Kevin Fitzpatrick of Branford, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Aidan Galsick, Samantha Galsick, Michael Szymanski, Elizabeth Szymanski, Carter Fitzpatrick and Lillian Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Jill (Edward Redmond), William Szymanski (Ginny) of Ohio and Daniel Szymanski of Wilcox.
