He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Gronski Sr. and Claire Gronski (Yoder); his grandparents, Walter, Anna Gronski, Albert and Martha Yoder; his aunt Edna Rutkowski; his father-in-law John F. Heffner; his brother-in-law Timothy Blase; and his cousin Bob Gronski.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gronski of Wilburton; his daughters, Michelle Gronski and Pharm; his sister Kathy Blase of Pottsville; his pets, Bridget, Baxter "Boo Boo" and Simba; his nephew Michael Blase (Katie); his niece Dr. Linda Blase, MD (Justin Anchorstar) of Columbia; his mother-in-law Maryann Heffner of Wilburton; his brother-in-law John Heffner (Paula); his nephews, Jack, Mark and Brad of West Norriton; his brother-in-law Rich Heffner (Tara); and also, T. J. of Pottsville and Tori of Elysburg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
