He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Oxendine and Grace Klahre Shiley; and his stepson Dakota Kulp. He is survived by: his close friend Tina Kulp; his daughter Laramie Oxendine; his brother Michael Oxendine (Sandra); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Marc Oxendine, Ruby and Montgomery.
