He was predeceased by: his brother Ralph Corwin; and his niece Sara Rose Vitrano. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Kurtanick and James; his siblings, Tracy, Tina and John Womer; his godchild Kaycee Joy Corwin; his sister Sandra Lear; his goddaughter Jenna Joy Vitrano; his nephews, Joshua and Noah Vitrano; his sister Michelle Kettle; his nieces and nephews, Brook of New Jersey and Billy Kettle of New Jersey; and his friends, Tom and Jerry.
While a patient at the hospital, he contracted liver failure from medication and also COVID 19.
