Noblit and James Riegel Jr; his wife Debra of Tower City; his siblings, Terry Riegel of Elizabethville, Loretta Mauser, Kay Deiter and Nancy Mace; his grandchildren, David Noblit Jr, Morgan, Ben and Lydia Riegel; his great grandchildren, Cayden Noblit and Blake Noblit; and also Herndon.
