She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Keiser and Mae Siemons Keiser; her husband John Welker; and her brother Charles Keiser. She is survived by: her son Jack Welker (Sheri); her granddaughters, Kelli L. Welker and Jessica Welker-Olson (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Coralyn and Bryce; and her nephew Mike Keiser (Lisa).
