He was predeceased by: his brothers, Daniel Mercaldo and James. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepdaughters, Christie Anna Lin Williamson (Shaun) and Amy Lin Rodriguez (Edwin); his grandson Andrew Lin Rodriguez; and his siblings, Stephen (Florence), Andrew (Betty) and Mary Hudson (David).
