He is survived by: his wife Florence A. Dernovsek Boniella; his children, Marlene A. Olinzock of Perryopolis, Christine Adams (Paul) of Stahlstown, PA and David Boniella of Wickhaven; his granddaughters, Maureen Olinzock (Mike Wolfe) of Pittsburgh and Marla Olinzock (Darren Kapinus) of Newell; and his great grandchild Avery Matthews of Newell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
