He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise Lewis (Bowen); and his parents, William Lewis and Theresa Lewis (Kollin). He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Conley of Macungie, PA, Barbara Sargent of Rochester, NY and Vicki Perrotta (Bob) of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
