He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Gazica (Nascone); his son Jeff; and his siblings, Thomas, Robert and Raymond Gazica.

He is survived by: his children, Dr. Eric Gazica (Brenda) and Michele Gazica (Bob); his grandchildren, Rick Gazica (Erin), Amber Doane (Nathan), Kiera Gazica (Jake Courts), Cecelia Gazica, Ben, Will, Anna Gazica and Angelique Spetter; and his sister Barbara Jean Schimmel.
