He was predeceased by: his wife Winifred E. Barkley (Serfass); his parents, William Sr. Barkley and Esther Barkley (Lloyd); his son Barry; and his sister Evelyn Roth.
He is survived by: his children, Diane B. (Dennis Schall) of Northampton and William H. (Barbara J. Steiger) of Walnutport. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren. 6 great grandchildren. niece. nephew.
