We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2023, at the age of 94, Victor Byron Williams of Whitehall, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jeanne (Edwards); his parents, Charlotte Loretta (McHale) and Victor Raymond Williams; and his sister Gwendolyn Williams Black. He is survived by: his children, Todd (Trudy), Wendy and Lance (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Shelby, Jeanne, Victor, Carolyn and Roger; and his nephews, Kevin and Barry Black.
