He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vrba and Mamie Vrba (Horak); his wife Marilyn Vrba (Hespen); and his siblings, Agnes, Vlasta, Barbara, Helen, Alice, Norma, Joseph, Lambert and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jo Vrba of Allentown, Jolene Jespersen (Ed) of Dayton, Nancy Madden (Warren) of Allentown and Michael of Pueblo, Colorado; his sister Patricia May of Palmdale, California; and his grandchildren, Bradley, Tricia, Margaret, Luke, Nathan and Ian. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
