He was predeceased by: his parents, Fedor Pristash and Tanka Pristash (Salasky); and his siblings, Mary McGuire, Julia Shara, Helen Pristash, Anne Pristash, Michael, Andrew, John and Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Pristash (Messenlehner); his children, Anthony Pristash (Connie Cecala), Robert Pristash (Sharon) and Wendy Pristash-Gonzalez (Gilbert); his grandchildren, Robert Pristash, Jr., Samantha Biechy (Aaron) and Elizabeth Gonzalez; his great grandchildren, Natalie and Tucker Biechy; and his brother Paul (Ann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
