She was predeceased by: her spouse Patricia Ann Hontz; and her parents, William Schaffer and Anna Schaffer (Erdell). She is survived by: her nephews, Dean R. Mohr (Donna) of Macungie and Thomas W. Mohr (Kirstin) of Virginia.
