He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Day-Lewis and Kathleen Day-Lewis (Nixon). He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Day-Lewis (Niedospial); his daughters, Lauren McGeehin, Erin Day-Lewis and Marie Filipek; his brothers, Fred Day-Lewis, Wesley Day-Lewis and Brian Day-Lewis; and his grandsons, Nathan and Colton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
