We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Richard Nicholas Whalen of Whitehall, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann "Annie" Whalen (Murphy); and his sister Judy Donavan. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Mark Murphy, Michael Murphy, Rob Murphy (Karen), Dean Murphy (Gail), Jim Murphy (Kathy), Donna Haley (Chuck) and Holly Tuite; and his brothers, Paul and Dave Whalen. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family and close friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 3-8 p. m. Due to the current health crisis, masks and social distancing must be adhered to.
