He was predeceased by: his cousins, Matthew Marchase and Dominic Casciato. He is survived by: his mother Rose H. (Daniel J. Casciato); his siblings, Daniel J., Jr. (Judee), Richard D. (Jane), Alison Bartusiak (Paul) and Andrea Hulsman (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Daniel, Adam Hulsman, Nichole, Sarah Casciato, Emily, Laura, Elizabeth, Paige and Clara Bartusiak; his aunt Diane Reich (Samuel); and his cousins, Joseph Marchase (Marcie) and Rose Porter (David).
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Central Catholic High School, 4720 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
