He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Woodring (Carl), Michele Bradley, Robin Burger (Paul) and Alan Wilhelm; his grandsons, Nathan Woodring, Luke and Jack Burger; his brother Raymond "Hoyt" Wilhelm; and his former wife Joan Wissinger (Abbiatici).
