She was predeceased by: her husband Donald D. Jacoby; her parents, Jessie Lee and Beulah Howell (Hose); her daughter Rebecca Ann Stephens; and her stepson Daniel R. Jacoby.
She is survived by: her stepson David D. Jacoby (Patricia) of Bethlehem; and her children, Donna Lee Stephens of Durham, NC, Nelda Kay Oswald of Cape Coral, FL and Nelson K. Stephens (Susie) of Stuart, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
