The memory of Orest M. Kochan of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kochan and Anna (Dytyniak). He is survived by: his wife Stefanie (Singura); his daughter Andrea Kochan Neagle; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Catherine and Alexander Neagle; and his brother Dr. Edward Kochan of Colorado. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Reichel Funeral Home (326 E 21st St, Northampton, PA 18067). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church (1343 Newport Ave, Northampton, PA 18067). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery (1343 Newport Ave, Northampton, PA 18067).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the church in Orest's memory.
