She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Nazarek and Valeria Nazarek (Roslewicz); her husband John Edward Kuzniar, Sr.; and her siblings, Paul Nazarek (Lee), Stanley Nazarchuk (Helen), Genevieve Nazarek, Daniel Nazarchuk, Joan Yesnowski (Robert), Constance Thompson and Jenny.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie A. Barnhardt (David) of Lakeland, John E. Kuzniar, Jr. (Edna Davis) of Whitehall Borough and Mary E. Kuzniar of Whitehall Borough; her grandchildren, John A. Kuzniar, Brooke (Matt Olsen) and Jill Barnhardt; her great grandchildren, Xavier and Jax; and her sister-in-law Julie Nazarchuk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Olga's family suggests donations in memory of her be made to Bethany Hospice Memorial Fund, 400 Holiday Drive, Suite 101, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15220.
