He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Berkowitz (Corwin); his children, Mark Berkowitz (Lisa), Stephen Berkowitz and Renee Garland (Bryan); his grandchildren, Samantha, Mark Jr., Noah, Dylan, Zackery and Nathan; and his brother Dennis Berkowitz (Maryjane).
