He is survived by: his children, Toni Shoemaker (Bryan), James (Stephanie), Matt (Michelle) and Mark (Catherine); his grandchildren, Justin, Kara, Jamie, Jeremy, Devin, Melissa, Madison and Matthew; and his siblings, Ronald and Jean.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in loving memory of Michael.
