It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Bernhard of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 22, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar D. Bernhard; her parents, Walter Castle and Mary Castle (Prosonic); her children, Mark C. and Theresa M.; and her brothers, Donald and Robert Castle.

She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Bernhard, Kathleen A. Bernhard of Whitehall and David L. (Karen) of Fleetwood; her daughter-in-law Jill R. Bernhard of Kempton; her grandchildren, Dayna, Dale, Amber and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Kian, Iyla, Kylie and Parker.
