Mary A. Schmidt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary A. Schmidt of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, born in Stockertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Teklits and Mary Teklits (Milisits); her husband Edwin "Dutch" Schmidt; her siblings, Helen (Carl Moeller) and Joseph Teklits; and her close friend Joseph Verenna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele (Ronald Jazowski) and Cynthia (George Toth); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Craig Baldino) and Eric Jazowski (Amy Michelli); her great grandchildren, Paul and Damian Jazowski; her friend Amy Jazowski (Mitch Solomon); and her sister-in-law Mary Teklits McMahon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Shriners Hospital for Children in loving memory of Mary.
