Hoffman (Whitehall, Pennsylvania), born in Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Bastian and Wilhelmina Bastian of South Williamsport; her husband Lewis Hoffman of Allentown; and her brothers, Clyde and Doug Bastian.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Pavelko (George), Glenn Fritts (Jayne) and David Fritts (Diane).
