She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Kulovits; her parents, John Bankos and Anna Bankos (Daumer); her husband George; and her brothers, John and Bernard.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Kulovits (Catherine Buggeln) and Thomas Kulovits (Margo); and her brother Ronald Bankos. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Leona's memory.
