He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. James and Magdalen L. James (Gemmel); and his daughter Diane Marie. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. James (Henits); his son Jeff J. James (Loretta); his grandsons, Jason (Jen), Ian and Evan (Crystal); his great grandchild Owen Philip James; and his sister Marie McKittrick.
