He was predeceased by: his spouse Earleen (Militzer); his brothers, Edward, William and Paul; and his father Edward Schneider.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Jr. (Beth) and Christine Ward (Sean); his grandchildren, Hayley Ward, Amy Schneider and Ashley Ward; his stepgrandchildren, Sean and Sarah O'Rourke; his sister Catherine Murphy (Schneider); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Schneider and Valeta Schneider.
