He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen I. Polzer and Josephine Polzer (Horvath); his wife Patsy K. Polzer (Stewart); and his siblings, Stephen, Pauline Polzer, Stella Taus, Anna Wiggins and Margaret Csencsits.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy J. Polzer (Denise) of Coplay, PA, Susan J. (Robert Belcher) of East Sandwich, MA and Christine L. (John W. Csencsits) of Northampton, PA; his sisters, Patricia (Michael Peapos), Nazareth Twsp and Marie Faryna of Catasauqua, PA; and his grandchildren, Olivia (Tyler Howell), Zachary Polzer (Summer), Kelsey, Skyler Belcher, Kayla (Nicholas Cassium) and Ian Csencsits.
