He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gontkosky and Anna B. Gontkosky (Haklitch); and his sister Maryanne Kohlhauser. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Gontkosky (Weber); his son Michael J. Gontkosky; and his brothers, Robert Gontkosky (Carol) and Leo Gontkosky (Gloria). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
