He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Rowland and Wanda A. Rowland (Nachisty); and his brother Douglas H. Rowland. He is survived by: his children, James (Jennifer) and Bethany Walker (William); his grandchildren, Julia, John and Elijah; and his sister Dolores Billera (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Reichel Funeral Home (326 E 21st St, Northampton, PA 18067). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Egypt Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the First Presbyterian Church of Hokendauqua in John's memory.
