He was predeceased by: his wife Marietta C. Barrett (Sapienza); and his parents, Bernard Barrett and Edith Barrett. He is survived by: his children, J. J. (Becky), Patrick (Lauren), Daniel (Rachel) and Matt (Jen); his grandchildren, Adam, Alexander, Alaina, Andrew, Avery, Aiden, Austin, Aaron and Marie; and his siblings, Eileen Hite, Edith Ann Barrett, Mary DeMauro, Cathy Tannenholz, Bernard Barrett, Bill Barrett and Alice Schmitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
