Janice L. Dobbs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2023, at the age of 73, Janice L. Dobbs of Whitehall, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard D. Dobbs. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Kilburn (Bill) and Elizabeth Dobbs; her grandchildren, Alexis and Kendal Kilburn; and her siblings, David Londino (Robin) and Joyce Newman (Roger). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
