She is survived by: her children, Scott E. Stephan (Wendy L.) of Macungie, PA, Kimberly Ann (Clayton J. Armstead) of Williamsburg, VA and Kathryn M. (Timothy J. Fisher) of Auburn, PA.; her siblings, LuAnn (Robert Doyle) of Tucson, AZ. and Jack W. Reppert of Cary, NC; her sister-in-law Jeanette Reppert of Whitehall, PA; and her grandsons, Benjamin Stephan, Nicholas Stephan, Samuel Stephan and Lucas Stephan.
