He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rita Spang and O'Donnell; his wife Michele Ann Spang (Kochenash); his son-in-law Jerome Maiatico of Wayne; his grandfather Nick (Nathan); his close friend Bill Wallitsch; his brothers, Daniel (Linda) of Whitehall and Thomas (Patricia) of The Villages; his daughter Nicole Spang Maiatico (Jerome); his grandsons, Nicholas James and Nathan Louis; his siblings, Joseph (Christine) of Bethlehem, Hugh, Mary Jane Spang Orlando (Ed) of Allentown and Buddy (Bobbi) of East Stroudsburg; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Nomie (George) of Macungie and Mary Green (Steve) of Macungie; his friend Michele; and also Charmaine "Cookie" Wallitsch of Allentown. He was also cherished by cousins, 13 nieces and nephews.
